About Joseph

Joseph is currently finishing up his Master of Social Work program at Utah Valley University, set to graduate in 2027. He has training in trauma-informed care and previously worked with youth with disabilities in special education and teenagers with behavioral difficulties.

Joseph has a lot of experience working with neurodivergent males in his previous jobs and plans to continue to grow his knowledge in this area. His areas of interest include neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, and other related disorders. His specific approach is an adapted form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with elements of other approaches, including ACT.
